App Center - Transform Sana Apps to the new App Center

Expivi product configurator for visual and 3D product configurations

Prebuilt integration with Expivi's product configurator for visual and 3D product configurations in Sana Commerce Cloud.

Improvements for Subscriptions

We are rolling out a series of improvements to our Subscriptions based on your feedback:

  • Flag to tag a subscription order in the ERP.
  • Improved support for BOM products and units of measure.
  • New ‘order now’ functionality.
  • Ability to skip a subscription order.
  • Decide whether to send a standard reminder prior to processing the subscription, or opt for a confirmation email that prompts customers to confirm their order before it is executed.
  • Customize the interval for subscription reminder email.

Improvements will be released all throughout Q2. Check out our release notes to find out when a new improvement is released.

Address Validation

To further refine the shopping experience and operational efficiency, SCC will introduce an advanced address validation feature. Building on the address auto-complete functionality that will soon be released, this new layer of validation will rigorously checks customer-entered addresses against a comprehensive database of verified locations provided by trusted third parties.

Stock alerts

Ensure that your customers never miss out on desired products, even when they're temporarily unavailable. Customers can opt-in to receive an email notification as soon as the item is back in stock. This proactive approach empowers them to stay informed and make timely purchases, managing their expectations and eliminating the frustration of missing out on sought-after items.

Sana Pay - Payment Method Management in Sana Pay!

We're gearing up for an exciting addition to Sana Pay. In an upcoming release, we'll be introducing the ability to both add new payment methods and view your already configured ones directly within Sana Pay's configuration setup.

Product based discounts

Sana's newest feature will allow users to easily implement product discounts. You will now be able to create discounts for one or multiple product sets. The interface for redeeming these discounts in the shopping cart is also being enhanced for a more user-friendly and intuitive experience.

Checkout - Estimated availability dates

After a webshop visitor has added all the products to the shopping cart, he will be able to see the (estimated) availability dates per order line. This will offer transparency and manage the expectations of the customer within the ordering process. These dates can be shown split over multiple quantities and dates (suggesting partial shipments) or waiting for the complete quantity to be available: only showing the latest date.

Subscriptions - Recurring card payments

Introduce the possibility for users to pay for their subscriptions using credit cards. A functionality exclusively available for Sana Pay and Sana Pay+ customers.

Stock location selection

ERP connector upgrade required

Boost customer convenience by allowing your customers to choose from what location (warehouse) they would like to order, and display stock availability from the chosen location throughout their online buyer journey.

Search - Product category suggestions

Customers may not always know the exact product they're looking for. With product category suggestions, customers will be able to discover products within a broader context while using the web store's search function.

My account - Backorder lines

Stay on top of your orders as a shopping customer in the webshop. Introducing the Backorder lines overview in the 'My Account' section so you can easily track all products still pending for delivery / order completion in one convenient overview.

AI - Sana Assistant

The Sana Assistant helps simplify the process of accessing relevant information from the Sana knowledge base by providing quick answers to questions in a natural language format.

Customer Item Numbers - Display in sales documents

By extending the option to display Customer Item Numbers from the ERP to the order confirmation emails and sales document pages, customers will be able to recognize purchased items in the web store using the item numbers they are familiar with.

Note: this feature is known in ERP systems by different names: 'Item Cross References' in NAV/BC, 'External Item Numbers' in AX/F&O, 'Business Partner Catalog Numbers' in SAP B1, etc.
