As an IT support provider for a company using Sana, I would like to receive an email on any errors logged to the Sana Admin > System > Logs > Trace Log during Submit Order so that we can attempt to gather a network trace while a 502 Bad Gateway error is occurring to provide to Microsoft so that they can assist with troubleshooting. We receive emails for basket calculation and payment errors, but did not receive an email for submit order.
