Automatic Authorization Release for Canceled Orders in Sana Pay Plus

Currently, Sana Pay Plus does not automatically release payment authorizations when an order is fully or partially canceled. As a result, funds remain reserved on the buyer’s credit card for up to 28 days, leading to customer frustration and a poor user experience.

Sana Pay Plus should automatically release the authorization when an order is canceled—whether fully or partially—ensuring that customers regain access to their reserved funds immediately.
