Enable Sana Pay for Sales Orders Placed via ERP

Currently, Sana Pay serves as a payment service provider within Sana Commerce Cloud, allowing customers to pay seamlessly and even save their credit card details in their digital wallets.

We would like the ability to use Sana Pay and existing saved payment details to process payments for orders that are placed directly through our sales team in the ERP—whether via email, phone, or fax. This would streamline payment collection for manually processed orders and provide a consistent and convenient payment experience for both customers and sales teams.
