We will soon release an update of the product information request functionality in Sana. This feature streamlines the ability to request product specific information on a product detail page, eliminating the need to manually create new emails and copy over details. Instead, you will simply add the shopper's email address as a reply-to. This enhancement addresses various use cases, such as confirming product suitability, identifying replacements, and resolving issues with existing products. Additionally, we will capture shopper email addresses and company names automatically, and allow file uploads (e.g., images or PDFs) to further aid in customer support.
