Percentage payment costs

Our latest addition to the Sana Admin allows users to easily set a percentage-based payment fee for all available payment methods, including "on account" payments.

This feature is specifically designed for regular checkout transactions and will not be applicable to online invoice payments.

Ensure that your customers never miss out on desired products, even when they're temporarily unavailable. Customers can opt-in to receive an email notification as soon as the item is back in stock. This proactive approach empowers them to stay informed and make timely purchases, managing their expectations and eliminating the frustration of missing out on sought-after items.

Guided selling content element leveraging product data to enhance product discovery

The Guided Selling content element enhances the online shopping experience by providing real-time interactive question and answer dialogs that streamline product search (search results), enabling customers to quickly find the right products (on both content and product list pages) and thus increasing conversion your webstore's rates and sales. All by leveraging product facets from either the ERP, Sana, or a PIM system.

AI - Sana Assistant

The Sana Assistant helps simplify the process of accessing relevant information from the Sana knowledge base by providing quick answers to questions in a natural language format.

[VersaPay] Productize VersaPay to support migrating Chargelogic (EOL) customers

Versapay, who acquired Chargelogic earlier, is now sunsetting their e-commerce Chargelogic solution. Existing Chargelogic customers will be migrated to Versapay's own solution, by Versapay. Sana will support the Versapay integration as an out of the box app, available in Sana's app center.

Address Validation

To further refine the shopping experience and operational efficiency, SCC will introduce an advanced address validation feature. Address validation will be initially available with two add-ons to choose from: Loqate and Google Address Validation.

Currency & rounding

In some industries the price per piece is best presented in more than 2 decimals: think about selling small items such as screws or LED lights. In this case the price for a product should be displayed in more decimals than the totals.

Customers will be able to add personalised comments to individual ordered items. This feature enables users to include specific instructions or personal messages for each item line during checkout, enhancing communication with sellers and improving order accuracy.

[Editable document header fields] Flexibility in default header fields

As the document headers for the details pages have the flexibility to add/remove fields, there are a few fields that cannot be added yet. Think about the document status and the shop account e-mail address. These fields will be added so they can be managed on document header level.

Stay on top of your orders as a shopping customer in the webshop. Introducing the Backorder lines overview in the 'My Account' section so you can easily track all products still pending for delivery / order completion in one convenient overview. In this first release this will be with a fixed set of fields to display.

My company details page - Visual designer

The My company details page will become fully manageable using the visual designer, so content can be easily added within the design of the page.

Checkout - Stock visibility

Often the B2B customers know what the standard delivery time is for products that are in stock. Sometimes it is customer depended if shipments are split or not, and the customer also knows in that case if they want the shipment to be spit or not, meaning that they know how to interpret the information of availability.

Showing the stock message in the shopping cart will give them a clear and transparant overview of their order, setting proper expectancies on possible delivery.

[Subscriptions] - Pay with Credit cards MVP

This feature will allow customers to pay for their subscription orders using credit cards or other online payment methods.

Allow invoice payment for blocked customer

Customers that are blocked in the ERP are able to login to the webshop, but might still want to be able to pay their invoices to ensure their account will be 'unblocked' again.
