ECC - Shipping Addresses - Support Custom Fields
Enhancing B2B/B2C shipping address information for our customers! We are working on enabling custom fields to be visible in the My account - address book and checkout/order confirmation emails. This ensures that any changes made from our ERP system will be reflected accurately for our customers to see. Stay tuned for a seamless and up-to-date shopping experience!
ECC - Additional fields to Search Documents (filter fields)
The document history overviews table will now offer editable fields for filtering purposes. A predetermined set of fields will be available for selection as filter options. Furthermore, users will have the option to input a custom field for filtering purposes, such as a reference number, project ID, or even the shop account's email address (if it has been recorded under the document type).
ECC - Allow Pre-Order Capability for Items that are Out of Stock
Avoid stock shortages with pre-orders in your webstore. Let customers reserve products before they're available and boost sales, revenue, and profits.
ECC - States for outside USA
This improvement allows for the configuration of states and regions in any country.
[NAV/BC] Multi-Location Stock
We're planning to introduce a feature that lets you display stock from different locations (warehouses) in the web store. Now, customers can choose to purchase from the nearest location to save on delivery costs or even opt for convenient in-store pickup.
[NAV/BC] Percentage payment costs
The percentage-based payment costs feature allows customers to adjust for additional charges associated with specific payment methods, using a percentage of the total order amount.
ECC - subscriptions in ERP
This feature allows the web store manager to easily identify orders that are coming from a subscription. This enables them to efficiently track these orders in their ERP system and also apply specific logic for subscription orders, such as offering special discounts or gifts to subscribers.
[NAV/BC] Backorder lines
Stay on top of your orders as a shopping customer in the webshop. Introducing the Backorder lines overview in the 'My Account' section so you can easily track all products still pending for delivery / order completion in one convenient overview. In this first release this will be with a fixed set of fields to display.
[NAV/BC] Checkout - Checkout header fields
The checkout header fields can be added to the checkout, but sometimes these fields affect the basket calculation and a customer should enter the value earlier in the ordering process, to get the proper details of the order.
Think about for instance a partial delivery checkbox or the requested delivery date that may alter the prices or availability of a product. Making it configurable where you want to show the checkout header field (basket or checkout) any field that you can currently add to the checkout will be possible to add to the basket instead.

Customers will be able to add personalised comments to individual ordered items. This feature enables users to include specific instructions or personal messages for each item line during checkout, enhancing communication with sellers and improving order accuracy.
